According to CNet, Apple won't be releasing iOS 13 on devices that are older than the iPhone 6S, meaning 2014's iPhone 6 and 6 Plus are no longer compatible with the new software.

....depends what people want out of their devices... not much different with laptops, PC's and Microsoft products. Personally, still have my trusty old flip-phone... you can make/receive calls and send/receive texts - what more do you need? ;-)
